Relating to people comes naturally to me; I communicate easily with people from all walks of life or cultures, young or mature. I admire those who are creative and ambitious, but who also uphold the principle of fair play.

I believe in explanations, solutions, reason and logic. And this is why I also believe that "if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough" (Albert Einstein).

HOW I WORK

I believe that for every problem there is a cause and therefore, a solution. Everything can be solved and even improved.

When I work I like to keep everything very well organized and precise; rules and deadlines are not just 'guidelines' to me. There is a difference betwen doing your job and a job well done, and I am focused on the latter, in every circumstance.

In my opinion, the people you work with is a key factor in every project. I'm at my best in a group of people that are creative and open minded, but who can also understand and respect the rules of the game.

Problem solving is one of my main skills and this is why I can generate ideas and communicate them in a simple and effective manner. I never take criticism personally, I take it as it is: a suggestion of improvement.
